Hi, my little Caffeinators.
What started in 2019 as a little blog about trying new coffee shops and meeting new people has become something so much bigger.
I’ve always loved coffee—how it brings people together, how it connects us to cultures and communities around the world. But it wasn’t until this past year that I realized what I really wanted to do with it.
Enter: shelter dogs.
I’ve always had shelter dogs growing up (and still do—my own shelter pup is curled up beside me while I write this). But it wasn’t until I started volunteering at my local shelter that I really understood what a second chance meant. Volunteering cracked my heart wide open in the best way. I knew I couldn’t just build a coffee cart—I needed to build something that gave back.
So here we are.
The Caffeinator Community is now a mobile coffee cart that partners with local shelters and rescues. We pop up, serve great coffee, spotlight adoptable pups, and donate a portion of every event’s proceeds back to the shelter. It’s more than coffee—it’s a chance to sip with purpose.
We serve ethically sourced coffee beans from Colombia, thanks to a direct connection with two amazing humans who worked on the farms. Supporting coffee farmers and advocating for sustainable sourcing is just as important to me as the pup cups we hand out.
The big dream?
One day, I hope to open a permanent space—a coffee and rescue sanctuary—where people can sip slow, pet dogs, and maybe even go home with a new best friend. But for now, we’re keeping it mobile.
Thanks for being part of this journey.
Let’s sip for change—one coffee and rescue at a time. ☕🐾
